Resep 2: Chocolate is in the air...

1. Chocolate Agar-agar Puding
Ingredients: 1.2 onz powered agar-agar, 1 cup condensed milk, 3 cups water, 5 squares cooking chocolate, vanilla.
Method: Put agar-agar in cold water, bring to boil, add condensed milk and chocolate. Stir over gentle heat until dissolved. Add vanilla essence. Strain mexture through muslin, pour into wetted mould. Leave to set.

2. Chocolate cookies
Ingredients: 8 oz flour, 6 oz butter, 5 oz sugar, 8 square cooking chocolate, 1 tablespoon water, 1 egg, Vanilla.
Method: Melt chocolate in water, set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Bet in egg, melted chocolate and vanilla. Foldin sifted flour. Pipe through cookie press onto tyras. Bake at 400 'derajat' F for 10-15 minute.

3. Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients: 7 oz evaporated milk, 3 tablespoons castor sugar, 1 teaspoon powdered gelatine, 4 tablespoons cold water, 6 squares cooking chocolate, Vanilla.
Method: Set refrigerator at cooldest point. Melt chocolate in 2 tablespoons water, set aside. Dissolve gelatine in remaining water. Add to sugar and milk mixture. Pour into ice tray, chil til crystal form. Pour into chilled mixing bowl, whisk until thick. Fold in melted chocolate and vanilla essence. Pour into ice tray, freeze.

4. Chocolate Layer Cake
Ingredients: 12 oz self-raising flour, 12 oz butter, 10 oz sugar, 8 eggs, 20 squares cooking chocolate, 8 oz evaporated milk, 1 dessertspoon brandy, vanilla.
Method: Melt chocolate in milk, leave to cool. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add brandy and vanilla essence. Fold in sifted flour alternately with milk. Pour batter into a greased, lined 9'' round cake tin. Bake in moderate oven (350 'derajat' F) for 1 1/2 hours or until cake is cooked.

5. RESEP COKELAT VALENTINE SPESIAL ISI CHERRY-BERRY
Bahan-Bahan :
* Dark Chocolate (Compound Coklat)
* Buah Cherry dan Strawberry
* Cetakan Coklat Dengan Bentuk Love

Cara Membuat :

1. Lelehkan Coklat yg telah anda siapkan
2. Ambil cetakan bentuk love, lalu tuangkan cokelat pada seperempat bagian cetakan
3. Ketukkan perlahan untuk mengeluarkan gelembung udara
4. Oleskan merata cokelat pada sisi-sisi cetakan guna membuat wadah
5. Bekukan hingga keras
6. Masukkan Buah Cherry dan Strawberry sebagai isiannya
7. isi kembali dengan coklat leleh tadi
8. Ketukkan perlahan dan masukkan ke dalam Freezer kurang lebih 3 menit lamanya
9. Angkat dan keluarkan coklat dari cetakan dengan mengetuknya perlahan.
